Yes, we use only palm spathes and water so it is completely non-toxic.

Yes, Reborn plates holds liquids and hot foods without loosing its shape.

3. Will anything leach and affect the taste of my food?

No. Reborn plates won’t alter the taste of your food in any way.

4. Is it safe to put Reborn palm dinnerware in a microwave, oven, or fridge?

Yes, within given parameters, Reborn Palm dinnerware is significantly more durable than sugar cane or paper plates. You can heat in the oven upto 350 degrees for 45 minutes and 2 minutes in the microwave (making sure it is at least 6" from heat source in the oven). You can also store products in the refrigerator or freezer.

5. Are Reborn plates recyclable?

Reborn plates are made from 100% organic matter; they’re compostable and will naturally return to the earth. This process uses 90% less energy than recycling.Recycling is used only for permanent material like metals, glass and plastic to melt and reform into new material.
